These Terms of Service govern your use of InboxNG and the services we provide. By creating an account or using InboxNG, you agree to these terms.
1. Using InboxNG
You may use InboxNG only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that information associated with your account is accurate and kept up to date.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed through your account.
3. Business email and domains
You must have the appropriate authority to use any domain, email address or business identity connected to your InboxNG account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use InboxNG to send spam, phishing messages, malware, fraudulent communications, unlawful content or messages that violate the rights of others.
You may not use InboxNG to interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or the systems of another party.
5. Email sending
Email activity may be subject to technical, security, anti-abuse and sending limits. We may restrict or suspend activity where reasonably necessary to protect InboxNG, our infrastructure or other users.
6. Plans and payments
Paid services are billed according to the applicable plan and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method where required for continued access to paid services.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account where necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, abuse, security risks or failure to pay applicable charges.
8. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable services, but InboxNG may occasionally experience outages, maintenance periods, technical failures or interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
InboxNG and its associated software, branding, designs and content remain the property of InboxNG or the applicable rights holders, except for content supplied by users.
10. User content
You retain responsibility for the content you send, receive, upload or otherwise process through InboxNG.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, InboxNG will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of InboxNG after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
